How to move your Kinopoisk ratings to Trakt
- Find your Kinopoisk ID — the number in your profile URL (for example kinopoisk.ru/user/12345). Your profile must be public.
- Open this site and paste the ID or the full profile link.
- Click Export. The converter loads your ratings and finds each film’s IMDb ID via Wikidata — Trakt matches by it.
- A CSV downloads, formatted for Trakt’s own importer (imdb_id, type, rating, rated_at). Films without an IMDb ID are left out — Trakt matches by IMDb ID only.
- Sign in to Trakt, open Settings → Data → Import, choose “Custom CSV/JSON file” and upload the downloaded file.
How Trakt reads the file
Trakt’s own importer accepts a CSV or JSON file with a fixed set of columns — imdb_id, type, rating and dates — and matches each item by its IMDb ID. The converter builds the file in exactly that shape and finds the IMDb ID for every film via Wikidata, so the import needs no extra tools.
